Colors, Culture and Handicrafts- Photography and more at Jaipur Literary Fest 2019
Hey folks! How are you :)
Recently, I've been to the Jaipur Literary Fest, an annual literary festival which takes place in the pink city, Jaipur, each January; and so I've got some content for my next post:P
Actually, it was (supposed to be) an educational tour, organised by our college, for many renowned speakers and writers came there from all over the world, and talked about their works and experiences. But honestly, it turned out to be a "fun vacation" instead :P We went places, we ate, we shopped (and by shopping I mean: shopped A LOT.)- basically did everything except the one that we were sent there for lol. (However, I regret it now, at least a little.)
Here are a few snaps from the fest, focusing majorly on traditional handicrafts, bright colors and the culture that reflects from all the stuff.
- These beautiful handmade purses, covered with different printed fabrics, strategically displayed in a cane basket made me fall in love with them all!
- Following are "Kathakali mask" themed cushion covers. Artistic much? Ikr!
- Another one from the first stall, because why not!
There's a lot more to come. I'll be posting more photographs soon. Till then, stay tuned!
Hope you creative design guys like it! You may please feel free to leave your queries (if any) in comments below and also suggest your intelligent suggestions :)
