Exploring Ahmedabad, Heritage Walk; Part:2
Hey! How are y'all?!
Has been long, since I last wrote :(
I wanted to start writing a long back, but actually, there
was so much going on, I had my university exams and stuff, but as I’m done with
all that, here I am!
So here’s the second part of the “Exploring Ahemdabad,
Heritage walk” series. Hope you guys have fun reading it. Here, have a look :D
- I particularly have a thing for old doors. Totally love those aesthetics, and off course the amazing monochromatic color palette they offer!
"Behind every rusted door,
there is a story, no one told!"
- These old residential colonies are called "Poles" in local language. (No, not the North Pole or the South Pole, though :p)
- So, this is one of my favorite clicks from the walk.
This gives me a retro kinda feel, like, something like "back to the black-and-white era" type of stuff :D
I do feel so many emotions, all at once, that i don't know how to pen down in a few words, so ya!
- The chaos and the mess.
- Now, these two are my favorite snaps :D
The subtle, pastel shades, and the perfect angle; what else do I need?
- I prefer pastels over bright colors, and no doubt why i like this one (way to much) too. Pastel pink and blue with mustard looks nothing but just amazing.
- I found these stained glass windows in the old city, and I was stunned to find them there. (Stained glass windows were used mainly during the Baroque period, in churches, to decorate them and create artworks.)
- This was a temple, with this amazing architecture.
- Look at this one, very CAREFULLY! Yes, this is a single building, but when we look from the vertex of the building, on one side we see three floors, but on the other there were four. Confused? I was too!
- This architecture is inspired by Persian and Chinese architecture.
- This is Ahemdabad stock exchange.
- Another aesthetic photograph.
There's a lot more to come in the series. I'll be posting more photographs soon. Till then, stay tuned!
I like architectural, street photography and stuff more than nature and all, but still, if you guys want me to post some of them, too, then do let me know for sure! :)
Hope you creative design guys like it! You may please feel free to leave your queries (if any) in comments below and also suggest your intelligent suggestions :)
